“Alice’s did us proud,” said Chepstow RNLI Chairman John Gale. “Besides all the money they raised for us at the till, we sold lots of boxes of Williamson’s Lifeboat Tea to their customers. Every penny raised will go to help save lives at sea.
“Our grateful thanks go to Dee Griffith of Herbert Lewis for her help and hospitality, to Emma Jones and her colleagues in Alice’s Tearoom who looked after us all so well, to our helpers and above all to the many kind people who popped in and enjoyed a life-saving Brew for the Crew.”
